I write picture books. I teach. I doodle. I also eat popcorn and do 1000 piece puzzles while my chihuahua waits for me to spill. (Popcorn, not puzzle pieces.)

In Ilocano, that means, "Hello!"
When I was a kid, it was really hard for me to focus in school because my mind wouldn't stop thinking. Now I get to write all of these thoughts down in my journal without worrying if the teacher saw me.
Luckily, I AM the teacher now and I get to watch kids answer their own questions all day long.
